Whilst some clients outsource their marketing to us through an ongoing arrangement, others prefer to use our services occasionally – on an ad hoc basis. This may be because they have a limited requirement for marketing services and we just step in when required, because they only need specialist support from time to time or because their internal resources are already at full capacity.
Many of the businesses to whom we provide ad hoc support have been using our services for a number of years, others ask us to undertake one or two projects before deciding to use us on an ongoing outsourced basis. Whether it’s ad hoc or ongoing you’ll receive the same level of service and quality of work. Our costs are generally slightly higher for those who only use us on an ad hoc basis. We’ll quote you a fixed price for the project and agree timescales.
Typical examples of our ad hoc work are websites, brochure production and e-marketing campaigns. PR doesn’t generally work on an ad hoc basis, as we would generally need a minimum of three months activity before you are likely to start to see the benefits of our work.
